应用第二阶扰动理论和Lipkin-Nogami方案结合变分后进行的精确蒙特卡洛投影,计算了个电子-空穴对 confined 在抛物线二维量子点中的基态能。能量随N或约束强度的变化表现出良好的缩放特性。发现了从高密度电子-空穴相到BCS excitonic相的十字迹, occurring at a density which is roughly four times the close-packing density of excitons。
