摘要
我们证明了双曲三维流形中曲线复形距离与电距离关系定理的一个有效版本，其误差关于底层曲面的复杂度是多项式级的。我们利用这一点给出了关于由有限覆盖诱导的曲面曲线复形之间映射结果的一个有效证明。作为应用，我们有效地将纤维流形的电周长与其单值的曲线复形平移长度联系起来，并给出了曲面曲线对偶的立方体复形在虚拟特殊性上的定量界。
