磁性层状材料Mn2-xZnxSb中磁性与输运性质的耦合

摘要
我们合成了Mn2-xZnxSb的单晶并研究了其磁性与电子输运性质。该材料体系展现出可由温度和Zn组分调控的丰富磁相。此外,我们发现了以临界Zn组分x=0.6为界的两组截然不同的磁性与电学性质。无Zn样品为金属性,并以磁有序温度处的电阻率跳变为特征;而富Zn样品丧失金属性,并表现出可由磁场调控的类金属-绝缘体转变特征。我们的发现确立了Mn2-xZnxSb作为一个有前景的材料平台,为研究自旋、电荷与晶格自由度的耦合如何支配二维磁体中有趣的输运性质提供了机会,后者是当前广受关注的课题。
