库仑位移能、能量差与中子皮

摘要
提出了库仑势单极部分的Fock空间表示。量子效应通过中的一个小轨道项显现。一旦将其平均掉，经典静电能量便以本质上精确的表达式出现，这使得消除诺伦-希弗反常成为可能，并能够估计中子皮以及镜像核转动带态半径的演化。后者的能量差由单极项和示意性的多极项定量重现。
