调控AlO$_x$/SrTiO$_3$异质结的电子界面性质

摘要
在SrTiO上沉积无序Al是在SrTiO表面层中产生二维电子系统的廉价且简便的方法。为促进未来器件应用，我们用无序LaAlO覆盖层对异质结进行钝化，并在完全相同样品上通过互补的X射线光电子能谱和输运测量研究其电子性质。我们还通过在薄膜生长过程中调节氧压来调控电子界面性质。
