双层Fe/CuMnAs薄膜中反铁磁自旋轴取向的控制

摘要
利用X射线磁圆二色性和线性二色性技术,我们证明了外延反铁磁体四方相CuMnAs与Fe表面层之间的共线交换耦合。观察到与Fe磁化方向反平行的微小未补偿Mn磁矩。由于层间交换耦合,5nm厚的CuMnAs层的交错磁化可以在小磁场下旋转。这使我们能够获得CuMnAs在(001)面内不同晶向的X射线磁线性二色性谱。
