玻璃类器件 terahertz 介电响应的连续模型

摘要
玻璃中玻色峰的动力学会在 terahertz (THz) 频段产生鲁棒的横跨现象，标准的 Debye 或 Lorentz 模型无法捕捉这一现象。我们发展了对该 THz 响应的连续描述，将红外有效电荷消散谱与频率相关的横向剪切模量耦合，用于 glycerol 玻璃。该模型再现了测量得到的复复合介电函数以及围绕玻色峰的近线性红外光-振动耦合，突显了横向剪切动力学的主导作用。
