摘要
本文关注近期统计进展在传染病动力学推断中的应用。我们描述了利用自由可用的 Stan 软件中所实现的哈密顿蒙特卡洛与变分推断来拟合一类流行病模型。我们将这两种方法应用于暴发疫情的真实数据以及常规收集观测。我们的结果表明，在此背景下两种推断方法在计算上均可行，并展示了统计效率与计算速度之间的权衡。后者对于实时应用显得尤为相关。
