封装石墨烯p-n结的无接触表征

摘要
获取石墨烯器件本征性质可能受到接触电极的影响。在此，我们将石墨烯器件电容耦合到超导谐振电路，并观察到源于石墨烯内部电荷动力学的谐振频率和谐振宽度的明显变化。这使得我们能够在无需电接触的情况下提取石墨烯p-n结中的态密度和电荷弛豫电阻。所提出的表征方法为石墨烯纳米电路提供了一种快速、灵敏且非侵入性的测量手段。
