摘要
本文给出维数为 的二进制线性码的通用构造，并推导出该构造的码为最小码的必要充分条件。通过通用构造，可以从一类违反 Ashikhmin-Barg 条件的布尔函数中构建新的最小二进制线性码族。我们还获得了所构造的最小二进制线性码的权重分布。
