(BiFeO3)m(SrTiO3)n超晶格中受约束的铁电畴取向

摘要
利用压电力显微镜研究了由多铁性BiFeO3和SrTiO3层组成的超晶格中的铁电畴。与单层BiFeO3薄膜相比,在(BiFeO3)4(SrTiO3)8超晶格中观察到畴尺寸减小和面内畴取向被抑制,这表明铁电畴取向被约束在面外<001>方向。BiFeO3基异质结构中畴尺寸和取向的这种改变,对于调控畴和畴壁介导的功能特性(这对器件应用至关重要)可能起着关键作用。
