摘要
现有计算亚结构特征模态的方法要求将互连金属结构 treated as 单个实体，以确保不同金属实体之间的电流连续性。然而，当这些结构被视为独立实体时，现有方法会 exhibit 误差，这影响了对结构性能的评估。为解决这一挑战，我们提出了一种增强电磁模型，能够准确地对互连金属体内的区域结构进行特征模态分析。数值结果验证了所提方法的准确性，一个天线设计示例也展示了其实际用途。
