基于 SVD 和色度分量过近似的图像压缩

摘要
本文提出了一种与奇异值矩阵近似相关的彩色图像压缩新方案。图像在处理前需转换为亮度/色度空间，类似于 JPEG 标准 4:2:0。我们的方法首先基于色度子采样，然后对其奇异值进行过估计。我们不是保留 R、G 和 B 三个分量的前 个奇异值，而是保留 Y 分量的前 个系数，以及两个分量 Cb 和 Cr 的前 () 个系数。结果表明，对于 512 x 512 像素的图像，当 时，对应平均失真为 30 dB，压缩比为 15:1，重建图像具有良好的质量。该算法通过子采样还允许显著的速度提升。
