摘要
在最近的快报 [Phys.~Rev.~Lett {\bf 123}, 110602 (2019)] 中，Y.~Hasegawa 与 T.~V.~Vu 推导了一个热力学不确定性关系。但其关系的界是宽松的。在本评论中，通过微小改动，我们得到了一个改进的界。该改进界与 A.~M.~Timpanaro 等人于 [Phys.~Rev.~Lett {\bf 123}, 090604 (2019)] 中所得相同，但此处的推导更为直接。
