摘要
在最近的一封信 [Phys. Rev. Lett. 80, 1003 (1998)] 中，Hussein 和 Pato 采用最大熵原理（MEP）来推导随机矩阵理论中任意一对普适类之间的插值系综。他们也将他们的形式应用于在安德森型金属-绝缘体转变情况下观察到的从随机矩阵到谱的泊松统计的转变。我们指出了后一过程存在的问题。
