库仑阻塞器件中相干光子辅助共隧穿

摘要
我们研究了在含时势影响下双结库仑阻塞器件中的共隧穿。结果表明，交流偏压导致光子辅助共隧穿，在某些情况下可能主导输运。我们推导了存在振荡势时隧穿电流的一般非微扰表达式，并给出了光子辅助共隧穿电流的微扰表达式。
