容性与感性耦合谐振腔外部 Q 值的电路模型公式

摘要
腔体谐振模式的外部 Q 值代表了该谐振模式与耦合到腔体的波导传输模式之间的电磁耦合强度。本文推导了通过容性与感性耦合与波导耦合的腔体外部 Q 值的显式公式。推导基于利用反射系数估计耦合强度的经典方法。尽管目前外部 Q 值是通过三维计算机仿真来评定的，但这些公式可能对腔体设计初期阶段的预估有所帮助。
