摘要
我们研究了交换偏置 Pt/Fe50Mn50/Fe20Ni80/SiOx 多层膜中磁阻尼的温度依赖性。在具有强交换偏置的样品中，我们观察到随着温度升高至阻塞温度，FeNi 的磁阻尼急剧下降。结果本质上表明，磁阻尼的非局域增强可被相邻的反铁磁体及其温度依赖的交换偏置所抑制。我们还指出，这种强温度依赖的阻尼可能对自旋电子学应用非常有益。
