altermagnetic MnTe 中的手性-分裂磁子

摘要
altermagnetism 是一种新近发现的磁性类别，因其在实空间和倒空间中交替的自旋极化而得名。类似于电子能带的自旋分裂，altermagnet 中的磁子能带也被预测会表现出交替的手性分裂。本文通过对 -MnTe 进行无穷中性子散射，直接验证了altermagnetic磁子能谱中的手性分裂。手性去极化的提升进一步由对称交换来源解释。此外，还在 MnTe 中识别到了 -波磁性。
