我们对轻掺杂到欠掺杂的YBa2Cu3Oy(YBCO)非孪晶单晶进行了角分辨光电子能谱(ARPES)研究,并对YBCO单晶和多晶进行了芯能级X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究。在对角线(节点)方向,在空穴浓度低至约4%时仍观察到穿过费米能级的色散准粒子(QP)特征,这解释了轻掺杂YBCO的金属性输运。从XPS估计的化学势移动比Bi2212铜氧化物更快。随着空穴掺杂,观察到从高结合能到QP特征的非常快速的谱权重转移,甚至比La2-xSrxCuO4还要快。
