摘要
我们考虑整数规划和半群成员问题。我们提供以下择一定理：方程组Ax=b无非负整数解x当且仅当对于某个给定多项式p，有p(b)<0，该多项式的系数向量位于我们刻画的一个凸锥中。我们还提供了一个线性规划松弛的层级结构，其中连续情形Ax=b（x为非负实数）描述了该层级结构中的第一个松弛。
