摘要
本文提出了一种用于有毒蒸气检测的喷墨打印电容式微波传感器。所设计的传感器已成功制备并展示。实验根据 S 参数显示出对乙醇蒸气的灵敏度。对于分别基于 5 层和 50 层敏感层的传感器，其灵敏度分别为 0.9 kHz/ppm 和 1.3 kHz/ppm。该传感器将被集成到适用于物联网 (IoT) 的实时多传感平台中。
