基于新型电容式微波柔性换能器与复合聚合物碳纳米材料的化学气体传感器

摘要

本研究展示了一种适用于气体检测和无线通信应用的微波频段谐振平面化学电容式传感器可行性的结果。目标是开发一种可集成到实时多传感平台中的低成本超灵敏传感器。首批演示器针对挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)等有害气体检测以监测环境污染。
