摘要
Wolfgang Kummer 是二维引力的先驱，也是 Cartan 变量一阶形式化的坚定倡导者。在本文中，我们将 Wolfgang Kummer 的哲学即“维也纳学派方法”应用于一个特定的三维引力模型：手征点处的宇宙学拓扑大质量引力。利用一种新的 Chern-Simons 表示，我们进行了正则分析。物理相空间的维数是每点两个，因此该理论展现出一个局域物理自由度，即拓扑大质量引力子。
