H2RG(2Kx2K)近红外探测器的标定与像素间电容

摘要
对噪声进行了时间分析，并考虑了非线性效应。随后，我们将相关方法扩展到多个像素的组，以推导探测器的像素间电容，其值为x = -0.0263 ± 0.0020（统计）± 0.0040（系统）。所有测量结果在亚百分比精度内保持一致。
