摘要
本文考虑基于Dirac梳极限的Kronig-Penney模型的一维晶体固体模型。从价电子的波函数，我们计算了统计复杂度度量和系统中较低能电子带的Fisher-Shannon信息。所有这些量在半满带的固体情况下呈现极值，这种配置在实际固体中通常达到高电导率，例如单价金属。
