Co/Cu 多层结构中 c(2x2) 界面合金 - 对界面交换耦合和 GMR 的影响

摘要
研究 3d 过渡金属在铁磁体/非磁体界面上形成的 c(2x2) 有序界面合金对界面交换耦合 (IXC)、量子阱态 (QWS) 以及巨型磁阻 (GMR) 现象的影响。我们获得了界面合金形成对 IXC 强烈的依赖性。GMR 比率也受到显著影响。我们发现 Fe、Ni 和 Cu 合金在界面上可将平面几何下的 GMR 比率增强近乎 2 倍。
