铌相畴的布拉格投影叠层成像

摘要
我们证明，布拉格相干衍射测量的高灵敏度相位衬度特性与叠层成像的平移多样性相结合，可以提供一种布拉格“暗场”成像方法，能够揭示金属薄膜中畴结构的指纹。实验衍射数据取自蓝宝石上外延生长的铌金属薄膜；并通过仔细组合实现的精化机制进行分析。
