边界跨越与对数字创业者的支持：巴林案例研究

摘要
本文探讨公共与私营部门团队在巴林协作形成并管理数字创业者社区与平台中的作用。论文运用边界跨越者(boundary spanners)理论概念，探究两团队在支持数字创业过程中的互动本质及这些互动所产生的成果。研究结果呈现了作为边界跨越的跨部门互动本质，其促成了社区与平台的发起与规范化。
