顶部奇异值的估计是数值线性代数与数据科学中广泛使用且被深入研究的技术与问题之一。我们在此考虑与该问题相关的两个一般性问题：将矩阵的稀疏矩形块置零会如何影响顶部奇异值？高瘦稀疏非负矩阵的顶部奇异值与顶部列范数相差多少？
