摘要
本文旨在证明平稳长记忆过程记忆参数估计的下界。这里的记忆参数定义为谱密度在0处的正则变化指数。文献中获得的收敛速率假设谱密度在零处具有二阶正则变化。在本文中，我们不做出这一假设，并表明在这种情况下收敛速率可能极其缓慢。我们证明了对数周期图回归(GPH)估计量达到了高斯长记忆过程的最优收敛速率。
