摘要

给出了 Gelfand-Phillips 性质的几个新刻画。我们定义了强 Gelfand-Phillips 性质，并证明一个 Banach 空间具有此强性质当且仅当它可嵌入 $c_0$ 。对于一个无限紧空间 $K$ ，Banach 空间 $C(K)$ 具有强 Gelfand-Phillips 性质当且仅当 $C(K)$ 同构于 $c_0$ ，当且仅当 $K$ 是可数的且具有有限散射高度。
