摘要
卫星影像颇具前景的应用之一是建筑物施工监测。它使得全球范围内的施工进度得以被监控，即便在难以抵达的地点亦如此。该方法的主要障碍之一在于影像数据的解读。本文中，我们采用若干新颖的深度学习技术来解决此问题。多种图像分割与目标检测网络被整合为统一流水线，并用于判定建筑物施工进度。
