使用椎体检测器与椎体角点回归的Cobb角自动检测

摘要
脊柱侧弯的正确评估与治疗需要准确估计脊柱弯曲度。当前金标准是在脊柱X射线图像中手动估计Cobb角,这耗时且具高评分者间变异性。我们提出一种自动方法,其新颖框架首先检测椎体作为对象,随后由关键点检测器分别估计每个椎体的4个角点地标。Cobb角由从预测地标获得的每个椎体斜率计算。对于测试数据推断,我们执行前后处理,包括裁剪、离群值剔除及预测地标的平滑。结果在AASCE MICCAI 2019挑战赛中评估,在挑战测试集上以25.69的SMAPE分数显示出前景。
