企业年度报告中气候风险披露的自动识别

摘要
对于政策制定者而言，了解哪些金融政策能有效提高企业报告中的气候风险披露至关重要。我们使用机器学习来自动识别五种不同类型气候相关风险的披露。为此，我们创建了一个包含 120 多份由欧洲公司手动标注的年度报告的数据集。将我们的方法应用于过去 20 年间 337 家公司的报告，我们发现风险披露正在增加。转型风险的披露比物理风险增长更为动态，且不同行业之间存在显著差异。国别动态表明，监管环境可能对增加披露具有重要作用。
