单光子雪崩光电二极管的自动表征

摘要
我们报告了一种基于商用硅雪崩光电二极管（PerkinElmer C30902SH）的单光子探测器的自动表征结果。该光电二极管在不同光照水平（黑暗、10 pW 和 10 uW）下的 I-V 曲线、不同偏置电压下的暗计数率以及光子探测效率均得到了表征。自动表征程序采用 C++ 编写，并在 Linux 计算机上运行。
