我们提出了一种类似 Ashkin-Teller 的模型，用于描述 DNA 分子对外部力和力矩的弹性响应。该模型以简单统一的方式描述了碱基堆积相互作用。我们获得了双链 DNA (dsDNA) 的相图，特别是由拉伸和扭转诱导的从 B 型到 S 态的跃迁。单链 DNA (ssDNA) 的弹性响应也在统一的形式体系中给出。双链 DNA 分子结构与其弹性响应之间的密切关系得到了清晰展示。计算得出的双链 DNA 分子折叠角为 。
