摘要
在 Pe\~na (2007) 的研究中，MCMC 采样被应用于近似计算最多 20 个节点的本质图（EGs）与有向无环图（DAGs）的比率。在本文中，我们将该工作从 20 个节点扩展至 31 个节点。我们还进一步扩展了该工作，计算了连通 EGs 与连通 DAGs、连通 EGs 与 EGs、以及连通 DAGs 与 DAGs 的近似比率。此外，我们证明了后者的比率渐近趋于 1。我们还讨论了这些结果对从数据中学习 DAGs 的意义。
