CeBiPt中磁量子振荡的异常温度依赖性

摘要
对 CeBiPt 和 LaBiPt 的舒布尼科夫-德哈斯（SdH）效应和霍尔效应测量揭示了两种半金属中均存在简单且非常小的费米面，其载流子为空穴型。在磁性材料 CeBiPt 中，我们观察到 SdH 频率的强烈温度依赖性。这一极不寻常的现象可能与材料内部的交换场以及载流子的强自旋相关散射有关。
