摘要
我们提出了一种解释 Nd_{2-x}Ce_xCuO_{4-y} 在 x≳0.15 处以及穿孔掺杂 Bi_2Sr_2CuO_6 和 La_{2-x}Sr_xCuO_4 中，在几百 cm^{-1} 以下处光导率中观察到的峰的解释。该解释基于对电荷集体模式的直接激发，这些模式在接近电荷有序不稳定性时几乎处于临界状态。这些激发的近临界特性意味着其具有特殊的温度依赖性和拟尺度形式的线状图，这些特征与实验数据一致。
