(Pr,Ce)2CuO4的光学性质

摘要
我们研究了电子掺杂Pr{1-x)Ce(x)CuO(4)从欠掺杂到过掺杂区域的光学电导率。对从低频到高频的谱权重转移的观察揭示了能隙的存在,但在过掺杂区域除外。所有温度下均存在的Drude峰表明该能隙具有部分能隙性质。能隙消失时的掺杂浓度与反铁磁相边界的极度接近,使我们将该部分能隙归因于自旋密度波。
