In-Bi2Te3接触的反常微分电导

摘要
我们研究了低温下In/Bi2Te3接触的微分电导。观察到了反常的零偏压/有限偏压微分电导。研究了观察到的反常微分电导对磁场和温度的依赖性。数据分析表明，该反常微分电导是由超导铟/Bi2Te3界面的特殊输运性质引起的，其中Andreev反射起到了关键作用。
