掺杂铜酸盐超导体中的反常非谐性

摘要
由费米面拓扑改变相关的 Lifshitz 相变引起强非线性弹性效应。表明若化学势靠近但不太靠近 Van Hove 临界能量 ,铜酸盐弹性特征中的电子贡献变得重要。在能谱存在鞍点奇异性的情况下,3 阶和 4 阶“电子”非谐常数出现增强因子,分别正比于 的 1 次方和 2 次方。考虑了 Lifshitz 相变附近 Grueneisen 系数的行为。
