原子级薄材料的各向异性复折射率：少层黑磷光学常数的确定

摘要
本工作中我们简要回顾了关于单层过渡金属硫族化合物与少层黑磷光学常数的研究，特别关注复介电函数与折射率。具体而言，我们给出了磷烯（phosphorene）与少层黑磷的复折射率估计。我们通过采用约束 Kramers-Kronig 分析，从文献中报道的差分反射率数据提取了该材料的复折射率。最后，我们利用传输矩阵方法研究了嵌入磷烯的多层系统的线性光学响应。
