掺杂HgTe量子阱的Andreev谱学

摘要
我们研究了高迁移率HgTe/CdTe量子阱中的Andreev反射过程。我们发现Andreev电导探测了有质量2+1维Dirac费米子的动力学，并且即使在正常/超导结两侧费米波长存在较大失配的情况下，镜面Andreev反射和逆反射均可实现。
