摘要
由于其独特的可调光学特性,硫系相变材料正日益被研究用于光学与光子学应用。然而,对其相变特性的原位表征仍是许多研究者难以获得的能力。在本文中,我们介绍了一个多功能硅微加热器平台,能够原位测量这些材料的结构、动力学、光学和热学性质。该平台可利用行业标准的硅代工制造工艺制造。我们完全开源了该平台,包括完整的硬件设计和相关软件代码。
