CZT共面栅探测器冷却的研究

摘要
针对COBRA实验,研究了适度冷却对CdZnTe半导体探测器的影响。观察并量化了能量分辨率和低能阈值的改善与温度的函数关系。发现漏电流对光电峰宽度的贡献通常约为 5 keV。
