一种面向灾后社区粮食安全的近似动态规划方法

摘要
极端自然灾害事件可能威胁社区内所有社会阶层家庭的粮食安全。为解决自然灾害后的粮食安全问题,必须考虑社区内建成环境多个要素的恢复,包括其建筑组合。建筑组合恢复是恢复过程中最具挑战性的环节之一,因其问题的复杂性和高维性。本研究引入一种随机调度算法,用于识别最优建筑组合恢复策略。所提方法提供了一种计算上可处理的公式,用于管理多状态、大规模基础设施系统。以加利福尼亚州吉尔罗伊市为模型的测试社区,用于说明该方法如何高效准确地找到严重地震后建筑恢复的近优决策。
