将面向服务系统的服务提供模型与 ITIL v.3 生命周期对齐

摘要
整合面向服务系统 (SoS) 的信息通信技术 (ICT) 层与业务层仍然是一项巨大挑战。鲜有论文从业务和组织角度探讨 SoS 的管理。一种解决方案是使用知名的 ITIL v.3 框架。后者能够将组织转型为以服务为导向的组织，专注于向服务客户提供的价值。在本文中，我们将服务提供模型的步骤与 ITIL v.3 流程进行对齐。所提出的对齐方案应有助于组织及其 IT 团队整合其由 SoS 代表的 ICT 层和由 ITIL v.3 代表的业务层。结合使用 ITIL 和 SoS 的一个主要优势是实现公司的全面服务导向。
