摘要
电荷载流子库对于固体中载流子浓度的静电控制是必要的。在场效应晶体管中,源极/漏极充当载流子库,但在基于在待控固体下方形成的极性自组装单分子层的技术中,什么充当库仍然未知。本研究发现,孤立单层石墨烯的载流子掺杂水平与包含多层石墨烯的薄片中单层部分的掺杂水平相同,这表明多层部分不是主要的载流子库,而像氧和水这样的吸附物充当了主要的库。
